I purchased an item from you that is not on the website anymore, do you still have it?

  • We discontinue items at times. If it’s no longer on the website, it has been discontinued.
I am looking for a certain charm, but don’t see it on your website or your social media accounts, do you have it?
  • Our website is always up to date with current in-stock charms. If it’s not on our website, we do not carry it.

I see charms on your social media accounts that are not on your website, do you still have them?

  • We discontinue items at times. If it’s no longer on the website, it has been discontinued.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We ship out orders in 7 business days. The time it takes to get to you after it leaves us depends on USPS, approximately 3-7 days.

    I want to order charms, will you send a Paypal invoice?

    • We do not invoice orders, please use our website to purchase items.

    I did not receive a tracking number, can you provide one?

    • Please double check that the email address you provided on your order is correct. Also be sure to check your spam folder. If you still are unable to find the info, use the “Contact Us” form and provide your name and/or order number.

     Can I add more items to an order?

    • If you have not received a tracking number yet, yes. Please email us at hello@shopembellisherjewelry.com for assistance. 

     I placed more than one order, will they ship together? 

    • Separate orders will not ship together.
